Default Perepetchenov C&J frame by frame

Here's something I came across on a Russian forum which I thought people would be interested in. Already on the way down by image 20 - I think we can safely say Oleg doesn't waste any time getting under the bar!

And here's the jerk and bar path (jerk is forwards as per usual):

It is incredible how little height he gets on the bar and still dive under it in time. Beautiful and efficient.

Frame 62 of jerk: we should be focused on triple extending off the right foot then, yeah?

Obviously, this is photo shopped. We all know that the shoulders have to be over (in front of) the bar off the floor, and as the pull to the knee happens. Simple physics, right?

I like 20 also... even as he is starting to shrug, he is already starting to go under, comparing the shin angle change from 19 to 20 pretty clearly shows this.

You mean his heels don't leave the floor until after he is extended and accelerating under? Where is Waxman?
