Going to my first comp on the 18th of Aug. I would like to know how does every one pic there weight.
My Max are 92 snatch, 107 c&j. I was thinking: 70,80,90 snatch. Warmup to 80kg 95,100,105 c&j. Warmup to 100kg |

Assuming you can hit 80 sn and 100 C&J pretty consistently on most days, I personally would do whatever your normal warm-up is, then go
Snatch 85, 90, 93+ C&J 100, 105, 110 That being said- it's heavily dependent on what you feel comfortable with, and how you feel warming up. I, and a few others I've spoken with, always "Set my openers" at something like 60 Sn, 70 C&J, because you can always bump up your openers while your warming up.
