Hello Glenn, i'm curently doing program described here http://stronglifts.com/pendlay-5%C3%975-glenn-pendlay%E2%80%99s-strength-training-program/ and at the end of the article you say : "We will talk about how to handle a stall in the next article..."
I have not found the next article so my question is what should i do when i start stalling.

With most basic, beginner routines which use linear progression, the first thing to do when you stall is reset... take about 10% off of all your work sets, and simply start again, with the same linear progression you used before.
