Im currently doing the following routine:

MON:
Bench/push press 5x5
Squat 5x5
Rows 5x5

WED:
Power Cleans 3x3
Front Squat 3x3
Push press/bench 3x3
BW Chins (multiple sets of 5 inbetween the other excercises)

FRI:
Squat 1x5
Bench/push press 1x3
Deadlift 1x5

I want to add in some plyo work in the form of medicine ball throws, plyo push ups and jumps. I was thinking of doing a few circuits like this on wednesdays:

Circuit A:
Plyo push ups
MB Chest Pass
MB Push Press Throw

Circuit B:
Vertical jumps
Broad jumps
Side to side jumps

Basically, I have never done any plyometric training and would like to hear if anyone got any input on this scheme.

Wednesday (light day) and or saturday (day after intensity day) would probably be the two best days to do it.

Glenn, I'm posting this question here because i think it is somewhat related to the OP one: when do you think would be best to insert a couple of short/not all out sprinting sessions, in a routine similar (not the same, but I think my training is pretty akin to that) to the one above?

Do you think that saturday's sprints could have any drawbacks on monday's squatting?

Thanks!
