Figured I'd share this with everyone. This torches my posterior chain pretty good so thankfully I take Sunday off.
After stretching/foam rolling/warm up
6 sets of 10 box jums with 20sec rest
1 min rest
6 40 pace death march with 20sec rest
1 min rest
Run 1mi for time.
I like this for an off day for lifting complex.
What do you guys like to do?
