I've posted these on another forum and gotten some good feedback--just wanted to see what else I could get from another audience, as well as hopefully getting some cues to fix these issues. Thanks in advance.

The obvious stuff I see is shooting my hips up and losing my back angle, jumping forward on the clean, not splitting wide enough or pushing under the jerk very well, and almost losing the bar behind me.

From an angle that makes my jerk issues more clear--I need to push under the bar better, bend my back knee, stay on the ball of my back foot rather than the whole foot, and keep my torso in line with my arms.

On the clean, your right. You need to keep the chest up/hips down. Doing this will possibly fix the jumping forward problem. You also go to your toes just a bit soon, right before you execute the second pull... If you fix this things you should be all right.

On the first Jerk with 110, you wait way too long to start your split... pushing up on the bar forces you to lean backwards, and this screws everything up. Start splitting right as the bar leaves your shoulders. Lets are for pushing the bar up, arms are for pushing you down under the bar.

I dont see you doing this so much on the 112 attempt, but look how your hips make a little circular movement, coming forward as you near the bottom of the dip then more as you drive upwards. This forces you into an awkward position for the catch, it would be a lot easier to get the head out in front of the bar and get the back knee down if you didnt do that. Of course you can watch the 110 attempt and see yourself doing the same thing with your hips on the dip and drive. Hips should go straight down and straight up.

Hope some of this helps.
