Hello all!
Last week my team won again the Portuguese Cup and i improved 7kilos on the snatch and 5 on the jerk,altough i should have seen the 3 red ligths,it was a clear pressout .
Weighed 77,120kg,which made me climb one weigth class,still far from the 94's
