Hey guys, been lifting for a little over a year now up here in Sacramento. I went down to California Strength a couple months ago and it was truly inspiring.
My lifts have been getting better overall. However, in the snatch I don't consistently get that feeling of the bar "flying up." It almost feels like it is all 1st and 3rd pulls, no second. It just doesn't feel like I am getting my legs into it. I am also terrible at power snatches. That might be why.
Here is a video of some of my lifts from the other day. The snatches felt better as I went on.
In cleans the bar swings out. My jerks just suck when it gets heavy.
